Andrey Yarden
Alpha and Omega (A – Ω) are the first and last letters of the Greek alphabet, which symbolizes the beginning and the end, in other way, totality. Between these two characters lies the story – our history and future, our individual journey. This is exactly how I felt when I studied Andrey’s work for the first time. Each of his pieces has an individual character, an underlying story, its own personal mystery. Perfectly composed yet never fully told. I believe this is the mere essence of Andrey Yarden.
The Golden Age is a melting pot of China’s heritage, modernity and the beauty both periods signify. 18 karat gold and exquisite pearls feature in designs with an individual story, forming the narrative for the collection like chapters of a novel. As Yarden’s first collection crafted entirely from gold, pieces are inspired by a new age of China and the young people fueling its change. Youth, dreams and aspirations are represented through the polished finish found on each piece, with their fragility and meaning depicted through individual design. The pearls showcased throughout the collection are important to Chinese culture and depict wisdom acquired through experience while symbolizing the generosity, integrity and loyalty of the wearer.
